Meet kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and colourful birds and reptiles at Moonlit Sanctuary Conservation Park. Depending on the time of year visit beautiful Woolamai Beach. Enjoy magnificent views of Bass Strait and the Nobbies, home to Australia’s largest colony of fur seals. At sunset watch the little penguins waddle ashore to their burrows from intimate penguins plus viewing area.

Freycinet National Park & Wineglass Bay

Wineglass Bay & Freycinet Day Tour

Follow the coastline north, with views of Maria Island. Enter Freycinet National Park, stopping at Freycinet Marine Farm. Walk to the Wineglass Bay Lookout, a moderate uphill 45-minute walk. Be rewarded with the famous views of Wineglass Bay and Freycinet National Park. Return to the start of the walk and visit Honeymoon Bay, Sleepy Bay and Cape Tourville Lighthouse. Or complete the walk down to Wineglass Beach, a 2 1/2 hour return walk. On the beach enjoy lunch, a swim, or walk along the white sands. Heading back to Hobart, stop at convict built Spikey Bridge and indulge at Kate’s Berry Farm.
