Head north out of Brisbane and through the Glass House Mountains. Passing through Beerburrum State Forest you can take a detour to Beerwah, home of Steve Irwin's Australia ZooAustralia Zoo, where you can see over one hundred different species including crocodiles, Tasmanian devils, koalas, wombats, and dingoes.
