Thank you for all your help in creating an incredible adventure in Australia! The hotel was in a terrific location. The various tours were perfect! It was incredible to make it to Ayers Rock and then an amazing end to our month long vacation in Sydney. Attending an Opera in the Opera house was a highlight, along with the helicopter at sunset over Ayers Rock. We will highly recommend your service. Unfortunately we could not use the hop on and hop off tour on the last day and we understand that is on us. Thank you!!! (Our daughter is already back in Australia at the F1 Race) With Canadians not wanting to travel to the U.S., we will highly recommend visiting New Zealand and Australia at every opportunity. We loved our Inside Australia tour of New Zealand. It's the first time we've done a self- driving tour of this nature and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. All car rentals, hotels, attractions and domestic flights were pre-booked and there were no glitches with any of them. Loved the app which told us what we were doing next, what hotel we were booked into, provided necessary tickets etc. There were several ways to contact Inside Australia in case of problems or an emergency but we never needed to contact them. We are notoriously "frugal" travellers so this trip was quite expensive by our standards. However, we were totally aware that had we been booking all of these activities and hotels on our own we would have deemed them too expensive and would have missed so many fun things and so many beautiful little hotels and lodges. Well done Inside Australia. Jasmine listened to our trip requirements and gave us a stellar itinerary. Highly recommend.

The tour very different from other tours I've been on. I was impressed by both tour guides,Doug and Beth both did fantastic jobs. The other tours I've taken were larger groups.

What an absolutely incredible trip! I wouldn’t change a thing if I had the chance to do it all over again! A huge shoutout to Chris for his patience and for accommodating all of my requests. Tasmania truly stole my friend’s heart; it was his favorite stop in Australia, and our days there were flawlessly planned out. As for the Great Ocean Road? It exceeded my high expectation! Chris crafted an adventure that perfectly balanced culture, delicious food, fascinating wildlife, and breathtaking nature from every corner of Australia. We never felt rushed; even as we left each city and state, it was clear there was so much more to discover. Yet, we relished the highlights and made the most of every single day. I can't thank Chris enough for making this possible. If I ever get the chance to revisit Australia or New Zealand, he will be my go-to! I only required assistance once with a motel reservation, and your team was unbelievably quick and helpful. Overall, everything was meticulously planned, brilliantly thought out, and there were absolutely no unpleasant surprises along the way. Thank you once again for an unforgettable memories and adventure!

From the first email sent to Laurel, I knew we were in good hands. She helped us set up an itinerary for our 23 day self driving tour. She gave us great suggestions for places to visit and things to do, all within a time frame that did not leave us feeling overwhelmed or too busy. Our accommodations were perfect for us. We stayed in some great apartments but also some glamping tents, which was perfect, since we enjoy camping and being in nature. We discussed a budget that we had in mind and she worked diligently to make it happen, all with the intent to assure this was a trip of lifetime! The app provided with our detailed trip was an absolute bonus. It also was an easy way to communicate with the company when needed. I would definitely recommend Laurel and Inside Australia Travel!

Laurel made the entire experience easy to navigate and was very helpful in securing a rental car and accommodations even after my tour was over.

We loved everything we did with one of the best highlights being the paddleboard tour out of Coffs Harbour. They were exceptional, full of knowledge and a desire to share in a fun and engaging manner. The crew at Inside Australia Travel is also excellent. Several changes had to be made during the trip and it was smooth and easy to adjust too. The trip was exactly what we had hoped and we are already looking forward to our next trip to Australia and then New Zealand.

I booked my first solo vacation with Meg Griffin with Inside Australia Travel and I couldn’t have been happier! Meg was truly attentive and answered all my questions and concerns. The Peninsula Boutique Hotel Port Douglas and Daintree Wilderness Lodge were both outstanding and I highly recommend you continue to suggest those to your clients. The Mercure Hotel Cairns was acceptable but also very convenient to the railway station and other areas in the town. Their service was excellent as they allowed us back into our room (we had checked out) after the balloon ride to get cleaned up for the trek home. The balloon ride was great. The reef was fun as expected and we really liked the Dreamtime Walk at the Mossman Gorge Centre. All of the employees we encountered on the excursions were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Everyone we came across in in Australia and NZ were extremely friendly. The trip was well worth the $ and we're very happy we stayed in the area after our cruise. BTW, I don't recall ever experiencing heat and humidity like we had in Cairns. I know it's their Summer but has that region ever heard of a Summer breeze? Wow. If I know of anyone traveling to Australia, I'll definitely pass along your contact information. We're back in cold, wet Chicago area and am counting the days until Spring. Laurel from Inside Australia Travel has been outstanding in planning both our Adelaide Tour and Indian Pacific Train Trip. She took great care to arrange for our accessibility needs, including getting a handicapped cabin on the train which made our travel experience that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

We enjoyed this trip from beginning to end. There were a few glitches with timing on scheduled adventures…Rangitoto Ferry and Cataract Cruises, but no worries! The Sydney Opera House tour was outstanding. Kangaroo Island and Tasmania were favourites. Roberta, our guide with Exceptional Kangaroo Island Tours, was definitely EXCEPTIONAL! Staying at Stranraer Homestead was a highlight! We were treated like royalty! Accommodations were great, drivers were punctual and professional and the tours were very informative and fun. We had just enough relaxation time. The one minus, for my husband as the main driver, was to have cars that had different light, wiper and blinker set-ups. I know this is minor, but as an older, but very capable driver, it just would be easier if the same make of car could be provided. Most often, I think that would be easily arranged. Again, a minor issue! The information provided was excellent and we felt this was the trip of a lifetime.

The trip was well planned. Henry the guide was excellent.

We had never used a travel agent before and were very pleased with our itinerary and Laurel's responsiveness. Laurel took our unformed ideas and created a wonderful itinerary, both in the sense of activities but also in the sense of time. We were kept busy but were not overwhelmed with action. She was also responsive to our changing ideas. When we decided that we didn't want two ocean boat tours, she easily pivoted to other activities to replace the one we wanted to skip. We also appreciated the attention to detail in logistics. Picking up the rental car was very easy, the hotel in Port Douglas was luxurious and very convenient to the beach and town cent, and the stay near Cape Tribulation was really isolated and in the rain forest which gave us a different experience. Overall we were very pleased with the service that we received from Laurel and the team and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to travel to Australia.
