The whole holiday was an absolute delight. Izabela gave us initially excellent guidance to help us plan the trip. She was knowledgeable and worked hard to accommodate our many plan changes. She was always prompt and very polite with her replies to our questions. She went the extra mile, always making time for us, and calling as required despite the time difference to the UK. We thoroughly recommend both Izabela and the Inside Australia Travel team to create both special and good value bespoke experiences. We would definitely use you again.

This was a trip of a lifetime for me. Excellent hotel accommodations and locations. Kind and helpful transportation staff which we there and waiting for me at the allocated time. My itinerary was not to cluttered with activities. Every excursion booked was well worth it. I will definitely come back and use this company to plan my next trip.

As my husband & I live in England I was apprehensive about using a travel agent that was based in Australia. However Meg who dealt with booking our trip to Tasmania was excellent. She initially spoke to me on the phone which was some feat given the time difference then kept in touch periodically via email until our holiday. Meg helped with any questions and requests we had. Fantastic service, thank you Meg!

For this trip, there was not one instance with a late driver, tour guide, or reservations that were not there. It was so easy and stress-free. Just what we requested and Christina planned for with the help and suggestions from our consultant. The hotels were great!!

Laurel listened to what we wanted and delivered: a leisurely trip with a couple of nights in each place. The suggestions for things to do and see were helpful and the hotels were comfortable . We particularly enjoyed the last stay at Port Fairy which was relaxing . The Ocean Road was on my bucket list and I am so glad we decided to do this over several days. Thank you

Thank you for all your help in creating an incredible adventure in Australia! The hotel was in a terrific location. The various tours were perfect! It was incredible to make it to Ayers Rock and then an amazing end to our month long vacation in Sydney. Attending an Opera in the Opera house was a highlight, along with the helicopter at sunset over Ayers Rock. We will highly recommend your service. Unfortunately we could not use the hop on and hop off tour on the last day and we understand that is on us. Thank you!!! (Our daughter is already back in Australia at the F1 Race) With Canadians not wanting to travel to the U.S., we will highly recommend visiting New Zealand and Australia at every opportunity. We loved our Inside Australia tour of New Zealand. It's the first time we've done a self- driving tour of this nature and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. All car rentals, hotels, attractions and domestic flights were pre-booked and there were no glitches with any of them. Loved the app which told us what we were doing next, what hotel we were booked into, provided necessary tickets etc. There were several ways to contact Inside Australia in case of problems or an emergency but we never needed to contact them. We are notoriously "frugal" travellers so this trip was quite expensive by our standards. However, we were totally aware that had we been booking all of these activities and hotels on our own we would have deemed them too expensive and would have missed so many fun things and so many beautiful little hotels and lodges. Well done Inside Australia. Jasmine listened to our trip requirements and gave us a stellar itinerary. Highly recommend.

The tour very different from other tours I've been on. I was impressed by both tour guides,Doug and Beth both did fantastic jobs. The other tours I've taken were larger groups.

What an absolutely incredible trip! I wouldn’t change a thing if I had the chance to do it all over again! A huge shoutout to Chris for his patience and for accommodating all of my requests. Tasmania truly stole my friend’s heart; it was his favorite stop in Australia, and our days there were flawlessly planned out. As for the Great Ocean Road? It exceeded my high expectation! Chris crafted an adventure that perfectly balanced culture, delicious food, fascinating wildlife, and breathtaking nature from every corner of Australia. We never felt rushed; even as we left each city and state, it was clear there was so much more to discover. Yet, we relished the highlights and made the most of every single day. I can't thank Chris enough for making this possible. If I ever get the chance to revisit Australia or New Zealand, he will be my go-to! I only required assistance once with a motel reservation, and your team was unbelievably quick and helpful. Overall, everything was meticulously planned, brilliantly thought out, and there were absolutely no unpleasant surprises along the way. From the first email sent to Laurel, I knew we were in good hands. She helped us set up an itinerary for our 23 day self driving tour. She gave us great suggestions for places to visit and things to do, all within a time frame that did not leave us feeling overwhelmed or too busy. Our accommodations were perfect for us. We stayed in some great apartments but also some glamping tents, which was perfect, since we enjoy camping and being in nature. We discussed a budget that we had in mind and she worked diligently to make it happen, all with the intent to assure this was a trip of lifetime! The app provided with our detailed trip was an absolute bonus. It also was an easy way to communicate with the company when needed. I would definitely recommend Laurel and Inside Australia Travel!

Laurel made the entire experience easy to navigate and was very helpful in securing a rental car and accommodations even after my tour was over.

We loved everything we did with one of the best highlights being the paddleboard tour out of Coffs Harbour. They were exceptional, full of knowledge and a desire to share in a fun and engaging manner. The crew at Inside Australia Travel is also excellent. Several changes had to be made during the trip and it was smooth and easy to adjust too. The trip was exactly what we had hoped and we are already looking forward to our next trip to Australia and then New Zealand.
