Laurel made the entire experience easy to navigate and was very helpful in securing a rental car and accommodations even after my tour was over.

We loved everything we did with one of the best highlights being the paddleboard tour out of Coffs Harbour. They were exceptional, full of knowledge and a desire to share in a fun and engaging manner. The crew at Inside Australia Travel is also excellent. Several changes had to be made during the trip and it was smooth and easy to adjust too. The trip was exactly what we had hoped and we are already looking forward to our next trip to Australia and then New Zealand.

Hannah was very helpful in organizing our Melbourne trip. Each day was interesting and unique. Loved the Penguins Parade!

The Peninsula Boutique Hotel Port Douglas and Daintree Wilderness Lodge were both outstanding and I highly recommend you continue to suggest those to your clients. The Mercure Hotel Cairns was acceptable but also very convenient to the railway station and other areas in the town. Their service was excellent as they allowed us back into our room (we had checked out) after the balloon ride to get cleaned up for the trek home. The balloon ride was great. The reef was fun as expected and we really liked the Dreamtime Walk at the Mossman Gorge Centre. All of the employees we encountered on the excursions were fantastic and very friendly and helpful. Everyone we came across in in Australia and NZ were extremely friendly. The trip was well worth the $ and we're very happy we stayed in the area after our cruise. BTW, I don't recall ever experiencing heat and humidity like we had in Cairns. I know it's their Summer but has that region ever heard of a Summer breeze? Wow. If I know of anyone traveling to Australia, I'll definitely pass along your contact information. We're back in cold, wet Chicago area and am counting the days until Spring. Laurel from Inside Australia Travel has been outstanding in planning both our Adelaide Tour and Indian Pacific Train Trip. She took great care to arrange for our accessibility needs, including getting a handicapped cabin on the train which made our travel experience that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

We enjoyed this trip from beginning to end. There were a few glitches with timing on scheduled adventures…Rangitoto Ferry and Cataract Cruises, but no worries! The Sydney Opera House tour was outstanding. Kangaroo Island and Tasmania were favourites. Roberta, our guide with Exceptional Kangaroo Island Tours, was definitely EXCEPTIONAL! Staying at Stranraer Homestead was a highlight! We were treated like royalty! Accommodations were great, drivers were punctual and professional and the tours were very informative and fun. We had just enough relaxation time. The one minus, for my husband as the main driver, was to have cars that had different light, wiper and blinker set-ups. I know this is minor, but as an older, but very capable driver, it just would be easier if the same make of car could be provided. Most often, I think that would be easily arranged. Again, a minor issue! The information provided was excellent and we felt this was the trip of a lifetime.

We had never used a travel agent before and were very pleased with our itinerary and Laurel's responsiveness. Laurel took our unformed ideas and created a wonderful itinerary, both in the sense of activities but also in the sense of time. We were kept busy but were not overwhelmed with action. She was also responsive to our changing ideas. When we decided that we didn't want two ocean boat tours, she easily pivoted to other activities to replace the one we wanted to skip. We also appreciated the attention to detail in logistics. Picking up the rental car was very easy, the hotel in Port Douglas was luxurious and very convenient to the beach and town cent, and the stay near Cape Tribulation was really isolated and in the rain forest which gave us a different experience. Overall we were very pleased with the service that we received from Laurel and the team and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to travel to Australia.

Jasmine was excellent keeping me informed, answering my questions etc. she always responded promptly.

Inside Australia travel really made our travel plans much easier, love the app and especially Jasmine was very helpful with perfect choices of accommodations and recommendations to meet our budget. I really enjoyed our trip the only minus was the rainy weather for the last couple of days of the trip. I hope we can come back at summer or spring soon. Detailed trip planned including destinations in Australia and New Zealand for a family of 6. Expertly planned, perfectly executed. Made it easy that the trip could be followed on the app each day and an itinerary was provided for us every day. Made our travel seamless. Even offered different options if we wanted to experience a bit more off the beaten path. Perfect suggestions such as a stop off at Palm Cove beach for a quick swim in between destinations. We loved our time in NZ and AUS, thank you for your expertise in getting us here!

My wife and I have just completed a four-week vacation in Australia organized by "Inside Australia ". Vickie Parrack was our travel consultant. Our custom itinerary was put together by Vickie following several telephone discussions and exchanges of emails with us. Our itinerary (omitting the details of numerous multi-day stopovers) can be summarized as follows: Melbourne, drive to Adelaide, fly to Cairns, drive to Port Douglas, overnight train to Brisbane, drive to Noosa, Byron Bay, Coffs Harbour, Newcastle and Sydney. Our strategy was to stay in excellent, well-located hotels in the major cities, and to be more economical in smaller locations. Hotels that deserve a special mention were The Langham in Melbourne and The Four Seasons in Sydney, both of which were wonderful and incredibly well-located. Peppers in Port Douglas and Rydges in Newcastle were excellent as well. Finally - not a hotel but a train - the accommodation on the Spirit of Queensland train from Cairns to Brisbane, a 25-hour journey, was excellent. The "rail beds" are super-comfortable and comparable to the lie-flat seats in the business class cabin on an aircraft. We’re really glad we didn’t try to drive from Cairns to Brisbane. It would be a very long drive on less-than-wonderful roads.

Neisha did a great job organizing our Australian vacation and we had a wonderful time. She planned our New Zealand vacation in November, 2023 and we were so pleased my wife insisted we use her again when we found out she also planned Australian vacations. Vacations are so much better when everything flows smoothly and the hotels, rental cars, and apartments are ready when you expect them to be. We told Neisha the kinds of things we like and the kind of accommodations we liked and she came through with flying colors!
